In order to encourage dialogue and increase its commitment to its customers, Agbar has created the figure of Customer Counsel.

This service analyses, on an individual basis, each complaint made by customers who do not agree with the answer they have received from the company.
It promotes mediation between customers and the company.
It is a final attempt, from within Agbar, at an amicable solution, responding to the customer and trying to resolve their complaint.
It is impartial to all parties, ensures proceedings are transparent, keeps information confidential and acts independently of the management areas.
It encourages dialogue and increases commitment to customers.

Este servicio no sirve absolutamente para nada. La postura del defensor del cliente es siempre favorable a la compañía y nunca al usuario final. Qué pérdida de tiempo y de recursos que podrían destinar otras cosas. Mi experiencia ha sido totalmente nefasta. No solo me han engañado y me han tomado el pelo en la compañía si no que encima el defensor del cliente me ha hecho perder mi valioso tiempo y me ha hecho sentir (con muy bonitas palabras y formas, eso sí) más engañado si cabe. Me cuesta hasta encontrar palabras del vocabulario español para expresarles cómo me siento. Que les vaya bonito y sigan ejerciendo la hipocresía más absoluta.
